Graham crackers

Graham is a traditional biscuit in America. The graham cracker was invented as part of the Graham diet, and it was aimed at healing people of sin. Graham crackers were invented in the 1800s by a Presbyterian priest named Sylvester Graham.

So, Sylvester Graham created this type of diet to help sinners get rid of the disease that was considered a real scourge of those times: masturbation. He also thought that unhealthy foods and diets are the reason why people sin, so he wanted to save people from it.
