In Photos: Floodwater From Hurricane Lane in Hawaii

Hurricane Lane dissipated into a tropical storm and moved off from Hawaii, but not before it caused damage, mostly on the Big Island, where rivers raged near Hilo and nearly 40 people had to be rescued from homes.
