Future U-Shaped Skyscraper Will Appear In New York And It’s Crazy

If you thought Burj Khalifa was crazy, just watch this.

New Yorkers, get ready to be amazed by one of the most outstanding skyscrapers ever built to date: an U-shaped giant, yet thin office building that will probably become legendary.

Located in Manhattan, this ambitious project was just unveiled by its creators, Oiio Studio. Here’s what they have to say about it:

“If we manage to bend our structure instead of bending the zoning rules of New York we would be able to create one of the most prestigious buildings in Manhattan,” they wrote on their official website.”

The structure will be the most mind-bending skyscraper in New York and the longest one ever built worldwide. The well known Burj Khalifa from Dubai will, therefore, fall on the second place.

And if that’s not amazing enough, check this out: the elevators of the building will travel in loops and curves according to the skyscraper’s shape.

Of course, the project is still being analyzed, but honestly, we can hardly wait to see it!
