White House Tours Are Open Again To The Public

One of the most significant sightseeing objectives of the US is definitely the White House (well, that unless you really, really hate Donald Trump and wouldn’t want to step where he works daily). Anyway, great news for those who want to see this landmark of Washington D.C. and of America!

The White House tours are now re-opened for the public for an unlimited amount of time.

If you’re looking for a self-guided tour, you and your dear ones can walk around the White House from 7:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. from Tuesday to Thursday. Also, if you want some extra time for visiting, you can go from 7:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. on Fridays and Saturdays. And if you’re thinking about spending the holidays with officials, don’t worry – the White House is closed on those dates.

Here’s what First Lady Melania Trump said about it:

“The White House is a remarkable and historic site and we are excited to share its beauty and history. I am committed to the restoration and preservation of our Nation’s most recognizable landmark.”

After President Trump was elected, the White House was closed down for a while beacuse of staff shortages. We’ll let you answer on why this one happened.
